These Terms apply to SkillCoded, operated by Daniel Chiru. SkillCoded is a free, non-commercial public beta; advertising, payments, Premium, and paid credits are disabled. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
The service
SkillCoded provides educational IT lessons, guided practice, quizzes, and optional account features. It is educational information, not a certification, employment promise, or guarantee that a command or configuration is suitable for a particular production system. Verify technical actions in a safe environment.
Eligibility and accounts
You may create an account only if you are at least 13 and legally able to agree to these Terms. Keep your access secure, provide accurate registration information, and notify skillcodedadmin@gmail.com if you suspect compromise. Public lessons and anonymous quizzes remain available without an account.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- break the law or infringe another person's rights;
- probe, attack, disrupt, or bypass security and rate limits;
- send malware, secrets, or another person's personal information;
- automate abusive traffic, manipulate scores, or impersonate another person;
- misrepresent the source, authorship, or endorsement of content.
Lesson suggestions
Verified account holders may submit a short private lesson suggestion. A suggestion is not a purchase and does not guarantee that a lesson will be created or published. SkillCoded may select suitable suggestions for the future public curriculum at its discretion. No payment or lesson credits are accepted for this feature during the public beta.
Do not include personal or confidential information, secrets, links, copied course material, exam dumps, malware, or instructions intended to bypass safety or quality controls. You confirm that you have the right to provide the suggestion and permit SkillCoded to use it to understand demand and consider future educational material.
Content and intellectual property
SkillCoded content and branding are owned by Daniel Chiru or used under license. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable right to access the service for lawful learning. Code explicitly carrying a separate license follows that license. Lesson suggestions remain private inputs and are not public posts.

Availability, suspension, and ending use
The beta may change, pause, or remove features as it is improved. We may limit or suspend access when reasonably needed to protect users, rights, or the service, and provide notice or review where appropriate. You may stop using the service or close your account through its privacy controls.
Responsibility and consumer rights
The service is provided with reasonable care, but beta availability and error-free operation are not promised. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the provider is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss caused by relying on educational material without validating it for your environment. Nothing in these Terms excludes statutory consumer rights or any liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms and the contract for the service are governed by Romanian law and applicable European Union law. If you are a consumer, you keep any mandatory protections available under the law of your place of residence and may use the courts or dispute mechanisms available to you under applicable law.
